   All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates

   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

   All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

4. Melted Items

   During warmer months, we include ice packs with heat-sensitive items to help minimize melting. However, we are not responsible for any melted items once they are in transit. We recommend choosing expedited shipping for the best results.

5. Delivery Issues

   If your order arrives damaged (excluding melting), please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Reach us at info@koshercandystore.com and include photos of the issue for prompt assistance.
